Visually Incompatible Uses
Exposed storage areas, exposed machinery installations, service yards, truck loading areas, utility buildings and structures shall be subject to setbacks, screen plantings or other screening methods to prevent their being visually incompatible with the existing or contemplated environment and the surrounding properties is the intent of this Ordinance.
