Exemption For Temporary Flaring Devices For Methane Gas
Any methane gas flaring device used in connection with any methane gas migration detection and recovery program is exempt from the provisions of this title for a period not to exceed one year from the initial date of such use thereafter, such use may continue only upon the granting of a conditional use permit therefore.
