Divisible Dwelling Units

Each lock-out room in a divisible dwelling unit shall count against the dwelling units per net acre allowed at the rate of one-quarter (1/4) of a dwelling unit, in addition to one (1) dwelling unit counted for the entire divisible dwelling unit.
