Permitted Locations for Boat Houses, Pump Houses, Docks and Similar Accessory Uses
Notwithstanding any provision of this by-law to the contrary, a boat house, pump house or docking facilities may be erected and used in the required yard of a lot abutting a navigable waterway provided such accessory buildings or structures apply with the minimum side yard requirements of the respective zone.
