An area or space equipped with cabinets and a sink with running water. A wet bar shall not include any of the following: (1) A stove, range, oven, built-in microwave oven or any other device for cooking food; (2) A 220/240 voltage outlet, gas or propane plumbing; (3) A garbage disposal.
