Means the cultivation of plants or animal products entirely within an enclosed building in accordance with applicable municipal, provincial and federal regulations, and includes the sale, storage, processing, packaging and composting of products harvested on site, but does not include animal or poultry husbandry or agricultural grazing or feeding.
