Ski Area
Land used for snow skiing and may include ski lifts, tows, maintenance shops, ski equipment sales shops, dining rooms, beverage rooms and similar accessory uses. This definition shall not include a tourist establishment. An area developed for snow skiing with trails and lifts and including ski rental and sales, instruction and eating facilities.
