Curing Facility
A composting facility where additional and/or final biological stabilization is attained after most of the readily metabolized material has been decomposed, and where no chipping, grinding, or screening of material takes place. This definition shall not include any curing of green waste and/or wood waste conducted for noncommercial, nonprofit purpose.
