Access or Access Way

  1. A way of approaching or entering a property.
  2. A way or means of approach to provide vehicular or pedestrian physical entrance to a property.
  3. Shall mean the place, means, or way by which pedestrians and vehicles shall have safe, adequate and usable ingress and egress to a property or use as required by this ordinance/by-law.
