Provision: Frontage (Sample)

  • Unless otherwise specified, the minimum frontage of any lot is determine by the frontage regulatory zone. If the lot frontage is not noted on the Schedule, the regulations of the zone in which the lot is located are applicable. Where the symbol ‘F’ follows the zoning on certain lands on the Schedule, the number following the F indicates the minimum lot frontage in meters (m) permitted on the lands.
    1. Example for illustrative purposes only: CA:F40 -- This lot has a minimum frontage of 40 m in the Automobile Service Station Commercial Zone.
