Hey there...I came accross this term and noticed it wasn't in you Zoning Dictionary. Neighborhood Parking Space: A place, building or depot used for the temporary storage of motor vehicles between trips and designed primarily to accommodate those vehicles which may not conveniently or legally be parked or stored elsewhere.
