RESPONSE:
Cobourg requires a minimum 5m3 of amenity space per bedroom for each unit in our Main Central Commerical zone (ie. 5m3 for a 1-bedrom unit, 10m3 for a 2-bedrrom unit). This is space outside the dweeling unit, that may be inside or outside of the building, designed for the passive enjoyment or active recreational needs of the residents.

RESPONSE:
Hi, the Town of Cobourg within it's Open Space zone permits existing cemetery uses, including a place of worship as an accessory building, but excludes a crematorium or mausoleum. Any new cemetery use would need a site specific rezoning. Given the land requirements, my personal opinion would be an Open Space Use rather than Institutional.
