QUESTION: Our Zoning Ordinance does not allow plastic fences. However, since the quality of plastic/PVC/vinyl fencing has improved in recent years we are considering allowing them. Does anyone have a good idea of how to write the ordinance so that we get good quality fences and not some thin plastic fencing ?
