Zoning Provisions section - Multiple uses on one lot.

You do not seem to have a definition/provisions for 'Multiple uses on one lot'. This is something I came across and thought it should be included on your site.

Zoning Provisions section - Fee for appeals.

You should include this in your provisions section: Fee for Appeals: All persons hereafter taking an appeal from the decision of the Zoning Officer to the Zoning Hearing Board shall be subject to the payment of a reasonable fee which shall be decided upon from time to time by the Mayor for the compensation for the Secretary and Members of the Zoning Hearing Board, notice and advertising costs and necessary administrative overhead connected with the hearing. In addition, the appearance fee for a stenographer shall be shared equally by the applicant and the City. The cost of the original transcript shall be paid by the City if the transcript is ordered by the Board or hearing officer, or shall be paid by the person appealing the decision of the Board if such appeal is made, and in either event, the cost of additional copies shall be paid the person requesting the copy or copies. In other cases, the party requesting the original transcript shall bear the cost. The fee or charge shall be paid to the City prior to the entry or filing thereof. The Zoning Officer shall collect and receive all such appeal fees and pay the same over to the City Treasurer at the end of each month and shall accompany such payment with a full and complete report of all appeal fees received during the course of the month.
