Author of the Trilogy - Bob Lehman
Bob has practiced as a planner in Canada since 1971. He has specialized in the development of zoning tools and policy documents. The Trilogy was originally an in-house resource that expanded to the American Planning Association's best seller list over the last decade. More than 500 cities, towns, villages and rural municipalities currently use the Trilogy as their zoning reference document. A quick web search for the three documents shows that it is in most university libraries and is often cited by municipalities in their zoning codes as a source document and by the courts in zoning decisions.
